Hi, I'm Hayley &
I'm a Business Coach
& Sales Strategist.

As a former No. 1 sales performer for a Global FTSE 250, generating over $1 million in sales, I know what it takes to sell with confidence, master sales psychology, and create demand for high-ticket offers.

But more importantly, I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a cycle of random sales, income dips & constant uncertainty in your coaching business.

Now, I help my clients by applying real sales strategies to their content, lead generation & sales process - so that signing dream clients isn’t left to chance.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN...
​
Even before I graduated university, I knew the 9-5 life wasn’t for me.
I wanted to live a life of freedom, where I could control my time, my earnings & my future. So I launched my first coaching business as a side hustle in 2016, but I let imposter syndrome & fear stop me from growing the business.​
Instead, I followed the “safe” path & built a corporate career, even though I’m allergic to hierarchy, office politics bore me to tears & being told what to do brings out my stubbornness in ways I’m not proud of...
But hey, I did pretty well.
​
I found myself in Sales & absorbed everything I could. I went from a complete newbie with no experience to the No. 1 sales performer in a Global FTSE 250 in just 2.5 years.
​
But I knew, long-term, it wasn't the right path for me.
​
I just wanted FREEDOM. Freedom of time, money & location.
WHERE IT ALL CHANGED...
​
Each year I told myself “this year, I’ll figure out a way to take my coaching business full-time & quit for good”.
But I was stuck barely signing any clients & just totally winging it.
I quickly realised that signing clients isn’t the same as signing clients consistently.
​
And more importantly, being a great coach is not the same as running a successful coaching business.
​
Some months, I’d sign a handful of high-ticket clients & feel INCREDIBLE, like all my hard work was paying off.
Then the next month I'd be back to zero wondering where the hell I was going to find my next client.
​
I was posting content daily (& hating it because, hey I didn't sign up to become a full-time content creator), I was doing all the “right” things, yet my income was still SO unpredictable.
​
And let’s be real, if your sales aren’t consistent, neither is your freedom - which was the whole damn reason I'd started my business in the first place.
​​
But nothing changes if you change nothing right?
​
So, I stopped winging it and started applying the exact sales strategies I had used to close $1m worth of deals - but this time, applying them to my coaching business. (Don't ask why I hadn't thought of this sooner... I still kick myself)
FINALLY FIGURING IT OUT...
​
I stopped treating my coaching business like a hobby & started treating it like the business I knew it could be.
I positioned myself as the go-to expert, so dream clients came to me pre-sold.
​
I built a sales funnel that consistently attracted high-quality leads.
​
I implemented a repeatable, high-ticket sales process so signing clients became predictable.
Everything shifted as a result.
​
Consistent £5k+ months became my new normal & dream clients started reaching out to ME, already ready to invest.
Sales stopped feeling like luck and were actually now predictable.
And my business has continued to grow consistently from there.
I quit my job in 2023 & I’ve run my business full-time ever since.
Living a life of FREEDOM...
​
Not only have I more than replaced the money I used to earn in my job but I can FINALLY live a lifestyle of TRUE freedom.
For me this means:

✨Pilates on a random Tuesday at 11am
​
✨Booking bucket-list trips
​
✨Taking time off as & when I please
​
✨Being able to visit my Sister on the other side of the world in Australia multiple times a year
